The Atlantic Ocean stole my newest sunglasses, the orange Oakleys. They were about 1 year old. This picture is placed in observance.
In her displeasure, Caryn reminded me the cost of these prescription lenses and then proceeded to recount the purchase of every single pair of sunglasses I’ve bought since meeting her. This came out to nine (9) pairs. But hey, I’ve still got one of them!
Note that, for the record, these glasses were NOT, as some have decried, “Fakeleys”.
Oh, I’m sorry. A Fakeley is a pair of knock-off Oakleys- usually imported from China. They are frequently gobbled up on the streets of NYC by anxious American tourists.
On a completely unrelated note, here’s a picture of Pete on a recent trip to the city.
POKER SATURDAY NIGHT at my place.
If you want to play, show up at 9pm with your ten bucks.
We bought a sweet new piece of fabric (Dakotah Skye) for our ‘table’. It looks very nice!
